At Inari Sushi, the calming, minimalist decor serves as a counterpoint to vibrant Japanese cuisine. The menu encompasses both classic and innovative flavors: chefs present scallops, O'toro fatty tuna, and other seafood in nigiri and sashimi form, but they also prepare creative rolls such as the Flaming Dragon, a baked medley of salmon, shrimp tempura, and super-white tuna that's served on a flaming plate.
Red-wine reduction sauce adds depth to the charbroiled teriyaki steak, and snapper mingles with shellfish in seafood udon soup. Vegans aren't left out in the cold, however. They can order asparagus maki, shiitake maki, and other vegetable rolls that are free of meat, dairy, and animal cookies.
