What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have skills and knowledge in my craft; people want results. If they are in pain, they want relief. If stressed, to relax. I give my clients what they expect. I keep them informed and make sure they understand the process. Through it all, they are ones who decide what they want done.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I can make a difference. I have something to offer that most people are unaware of it. Medicine has taken a turn that scares me, has become about money, not meeting the needs. I can help people drug-free, naturally, and, even as uncomfortable the work may be, it’s by far the best way to medicate oneself.
What do you love most about your job?
I have had so many CTs, when asked if they had pain relief done before, say yes! And I found the answer be a flat no, because too many out there do not take seriously what they do. For one reason or another, they do not deliver the results expected! I love seeing their happy faces.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I decided to open my practice, and when I told my clients I was leaving, they asked to terminate their membership immediately, because my work was that important to them. I am referred to others by word of mouth all the time! That is great feedback in itself.
