In 30- to 60-minute workouts, participants strengthen and tone the entire body through a combination of body-weight exercises, free weights, running, jumping, and power-lifting movements. The classes are customized so individuals of any fitness level or age can participate. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m., Wednesdays at 6 p.m., and Saturdays at 8 a.m.
