Even to the untrained eye, certain moves borrowed from salsa, merengue, and bachata are apparent in the routines at Kaliente Fitness Studio. There are even some twists and turns taken from samba, hip hop, and polynesian dances. It's all part of the instructors' mission to design routines that help students burn calories and have fun while doing it. What's more, all ages and fitness levels are welcomed as each routine can be tailored to the dancer, giving everyone the power to shimmy with confidence.
