Our bootcamp sessions will help you reset and redefine your lifestyle and body. Everything you need to set you up for success. The HIIT style, fast paced, small group personal training will get you the results you are looking for. Workouts are designed for all levels and constantly changing. Our 6-week program is designed to give you the accountability and support to take your fitness to the next level. Sessions include: - Individual Orientation - Small group personal training - Free cardio add-ons (cardio circuits, hikes, runs) - Meal Plan & Shopping List - Body Composition Assessment (before & after) - Functional Assessment - Postural Assessment - Fit Test - Personalized home workout plans & goals. Bootcamps are held in the beautiful parks of North County San Diego. Cottonwood Creek Park in Encinitas is our most used park. Please check the schedule to confirm location. On-site Childcare Available (sign up in advance).
