Lucky Foo's Restaurant & Bar
Izakaya is the Japanese term for a festive gathering place, where family and friends get together to socialize around food and cocktails. Lucky Foo's fills that niche in Las Vegas as an Americanized izakaya—only here, each of the unique dining areas ties back to the centralized theme of good fortune. Luck has nothing to do with the food, however, which is so impeccably plated that diners might be tempted to frame it instead of eat it.
Backed by a 20-year career that spans London, Italy, and New York, chef Shawn Giordano and his team fuse Asian, Mediterranean, and American influences into one diverse menu. The spread includes short rib ramen noodles, fresh and healthy sushi rolls, and a foo burger with house-ground brisket and wasabi ketchup. For dessert, the kitchen creates its signature Funkler, a warm, semi-sweet chocolate chip blondie with vanilla bean ice cream and warm homemade coconut chocolate sauce.
