A guide explains basic photography techniques such as camera features, lighting, and composition as attendees stroll through DC’s avenues and snap shots of monuments such as the Washington Monument, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Veterans Memorial, and the Lincoln Memorial.
