M2 Core +

The owner of M2 Core + came to the fitness industry through necessity, as she struggles with scoliosis. Lagree is the fitness titan who invented the aptly named Lagree Method, a full-body conditioning regimen that promotes fat-burning without resulting in bulky muscle. Thanks to the workout style's wealth of drills and modifications, the routines can be adapted for exercisers of all abilities and those with back and knee injuries, as well. It's the linchpin of M2 Core +'s workouts, and is backed by the Megaformers—the custom-weighted resistance equipment students sweat on. To boost motivation, the team plays high-octane songs during workouts, rather than just singing "Happy Birthday (to Muscles)" throughout each class.

This is full-on reformer type pilates and very intense. Definitely take a beginners class prior to joining one of the regular classes.

And we certainly suggest taking beginners class to start! Our megafromer gives you a total body workout that will give you muscle soreness in places you never knew existed! We are strength + weight training with a pilates foundation!
