The CrossFit fundamentals course introduces newbies to CrossFit’s philosophy and proper technique for lifts. During subsequent CrossFit classes, coaches design a new Workout of the Day each day. Squats, dead lifts, ring dips, and tire flips are just a few exercises athletes may encounter at MOC-FTF. Coach Dre Williams leads athletes through a new Workout of the Day every day, which blends different principles of cardio, strength training, plyometrics, and gymnastics to create dynamic workouts. Workouts are generally short but intense and can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels from beginners to elite athletes.
