The menu includes small plates of pan-seared scallops ($13), hand-carved angus-beef tenderloin ($24–$36), bone-in pork chops ($22), and island-inspired bouillabase with gulf shrimp, crawfish, scallops and mussels with mango, sweet peppers, and coconut rice ($34).<p>

Melange

The atmosphere in Melange's speakeasy-inspired dining room hurtles diners' senses decades into the past. Beneath sultry lanterns and hanging chandeliers, dapper waiters in waistcoats glide from table to table with gin fizzes, aviations, and other classic cocktails. The clink of glasses mingles with the purr of live jazz and ragtime music as mixologists swirl bitters, waters, and spirits behind the bar.

In the kitchen, executive Chef Brady Broussard oversees a busy kitchen staff as they fold premium seafood and meats into his menu of fine French-creole dishes. Drawing from years of culinary scholarship and experience in high-end restaurants, the New Orleans native infuses classic dishes with contemporary twists. A pork chop comes coated in shitake-mushroom demi-glace, and house-smoked duck hides inside a quesadilla, much like gangsters trying to escape Alcatraz during the prison cafeteria's taco night.
