I already have decent white teeth, but I was looking for a good teeth whitening service as I have not done the service for four years. I purchased this coupon based on the great reviews and under the assumption that since it is more expensive, perhaps it is better?
I was late for my appointment but got accepted warmly by Mysha. She described every step clearly to me, and when I said I have very sensitive teeth, she put extra Vitamin C on my gum which was super helpful. She showed my current teeth color out of the brochure and said we would review the post-procedure color later.
I got a toothbrush to clean up my moth right after the procedure. I looked at the mirror and could not see "literally" any difference. I could not find Mysha to do the "Post-check," but another girl ( I guess her name was Fig) said my teeth looked wonderful, and I had to wait for a few days to see the actual results ( she also did not do the post-check). She was very friendly, and we had a short chat and some laughter ( in general, I am very easy-going and try to be friendly).
I could not see any difference after one week and my friends and family also said I had some yellow stains, which meant something had gone wrong. I called again and tried to ask them if they had any suggestions ( like should I do another session or maybe I should try something else?).
The front desk put "Fig" on the phone, and she addressed my concern in a very inappropriate tone. Fig said, "You were so happy when you left the facility (perhaps they expected people to cry) and later threatened me with words like, "We have your footage on the security camera, and we can see the color difference from in the video" which was a hilarious comment.
Another remarkable note from Fig was, "You were late, so this happened to you." She was right, I was late, and I called beforehand, and when I arrived, I sincerely apologized for that. But they simply could avoid accepting me or reschedule another session so that they could provide me "full" service instead of some incomplete job. In the end, Fig said since my teeth are already white, I should see a professional dentist for teeth whitening (again, they could say this in the beginning) and then hung up the phone without saying goodbye or even a simple empathy for my time, money and energy.
I am so disappointed with her rude tone and unprofessional behavior.
