Booking the experience was kind of hard. I tried calling and booking online, but they really only communicated via text, which made me a little bit worried. Then when we arrived the building looks like apartments (they’re really all small businesses). There’s no sign on the door, but they had text me directions so I didn’t have any difficulty finding it.
Once we were inside, all my concerns were resolved. It was clean and the staff was courteous and professional.
I’ve never been to a Japanese head spa before so really didn’t know what to expect. I was really just thinking it would be a head and neck massage. They use a camera to really look at your scalp and then go to work scrubbing out all the irritants. I took my adult son with me and they customized the treatments based on our scalp. I can say with confidence that my head has never felt cleaner.
