I went in day before Thanksgiving to get manicure and gel polish w a groupon. I made appointment like you're suppose to. I did get there about 20mins earlier than my appt It was only Ben working so I had to wait but was next. He had on a movie I've been wanting to see! Before movie was over he had me in chair soaking nails. He was very nice a respectful. It was a positive and relaxing experiece.
This was one of the best experiences I've had in my life. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about so many things. I've never had a service where the tech engaged in conversation the whole time. She gave me multiple options and made sure I was comfortable with everything performed. She didn't drill my nails to death and used a nail file to get the perfect results. 50 🌟 servs.
