Haircut with Shampoo, Condition treatment, Blow-Dry, and Single Process Color or Partial Highlights
I wish I could complain about the price because I paid way over my budget but my hair was in such bad shape it was worth every penny.. She somehow got my hair to look healthy again. I love the color and cut. I highly recommend Twisted Elegence.
