One of the karts fell apart in the middle of the race. All for hiring young people but these guys definitely need someone older there keeping tabs on them. Wouldn’t go back if it was free

Overpriced. Employees were awful! Did not pay attention to the paying costumers. Unhelpful. Did a horrible job describing safety rules and didn’t explain anything for racers. If I asked a question (for the betterment of my children) they barely spoke two words back. BUT could carry on very long loud conversations to socialize with there visiting friends while on the job. Extremely unprofessional.

Reception was great and facilities are clean.
Good snacks and plenty to do while you wait for your race.
The track was absolutely thrilling and very fun.
The 5 different karts I used seemed well maintained and handled great.
Great deal with Groupon and will visit again when I visit Des Moines

COVID-19 Safety Awareness:
To meet COVID-19 requirements, customers are advised to use their own helmets whenever possible. If customers would like to use Pole Position helmets, a new full-face head sock is required. Full face head socks are available at $3 each, plus tax, and can be reused if they are sanitized between visits. Pole Position helmets are decontaminated using UGVI lighting inside a SaniBoXX Ride Safe Helmet Decontamination Unit several times a day, and are cleaned and sanitized between uses. Sanitized gloves are available for customers’ use at no charge. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility. Pole Position has increased their sanitization process to hourly or as needed. Social Distancing measures and requirements are in place and followed.

Reservations necessary for party options only. All you can drive passes subject to availability. Sales tax is due at time of redemption. Customers are advised to use their own helmets due to safety awareness. Not valid on day of purchase. Limit 5 per person. May be repurchased every 90 days. All goods or services must be used by the same person.
