What You'll Get
Sweating is your body's natural way of staying cool and tricking farmers into giving you free lemonade. Let your body do the work with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $12 for one 60-minute WARP fitness class (a $25 value)
- $59 for six 60-minute WARP fitness classes (a $150 value)
WARP fitness classes are named for their routine of “Warm Up, Assisted, Resistance, and Performance Speed.” The classes use a format that changes daily, but always forgoes standard exercise machines for harnesses, exercise bands, sand bags, and other functional, everyday objects that students must push, pull, lift, and carry using the strength of their core muscles. Every workout also includes a section dubbed "Anger Management," in which students learn to generate more power when hitting, throwing, and kicking various targets. Because there is virtually no age limit—though children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult—the classes are ideal both for athletes looking to improve performance and families who want to get healthy together. About Powercore 360
PC360’s founder and owner Billy Glisan originally developed a training system to improve his golf swing, drawing on his expertise within the fields of sports rehabilitation and spinal injuries. After creating a system that emphasized core strength and precise movements, Billy discovered that the program could be adapted to help athletes in any sport or competitive napping event. At Powercore 360, highly credentialed strength and sports trainers lead fitness classes that engage muscles throughout the body and encourages families to get fit together through exercise.
