The instructors at Republic of Strength focus on kettlebell training to strengthen, tone, and condition their students' muscles with each swing of the fitness tool. During all-in-one 50-minute sessions, the weighted kettlebells not only strengthen upper bodies but also tone core and leg muscles with specially designed movements. These sessions improve cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility, and help enable clients to achieve fitness and weight loss goals.
