Rollatini Italian Restaurant
Chef Victor crates flavorful Italian dishes using a variety of herbs, spices, and sauces. He submerges veal in a brown marsala wine sauce and ladles lemon-and-wine sauce over lightly battered chicken. In other dishes, he sautés shrimp in a garlic cream sauce sprinkled with basil, and tucks cheese into ravioli pockets so it doesn't get lost, and he uses as many fresh and locally sourced ingredients as possible. Italian favorites are also found at dessert, which includes tiramisu and cannolis. And while Chef Victor handles the cooking, the rest of his family bustles around the restaurant greeting patrons and delivering meals to tables.
