About A Chat with Route 20 Fitness
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are not a "mega gym". Rt 20 Fitness offers 1 thing & 1 thing only & we do it better than all others. There’s no one-on-one training, no pilates and no boring aerobic classes. We simply offer high intensity training bootcamp sessions designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, and tone muscles..Fast!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our workouts are fun, yet challenging and always changing. We do intervals for all of our workouts, so there’s no feeling left behind if you can't complete a certain number of reps, or need to modify a movement. We do progress checks and show you how you are improving.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our owner was out of shape as a child until he discovered fitness as a teenager. From there his love of fitness grew and he found personal fulfillment through personal training; however he realized he could affect the lives of more people by offering a group class..and thus Route 20 Fitness was born
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients improve, whether it's accomplishing a weight loss goal, or a strength goal like holding a plank for a full round or completing a full round of push-ups. Seeing your clients improve on what they have been working on is by far the best part of the job.
