About Sea Breeze Massage
At Sea Breeze Massage, owner and certified massage therapist Leslie Ray Eddington believes that relaxation is just as important to health as exercise and nutrition. She isn't alone in believing this—many studies have shown that bodywork can yield results that range from improved joint flexibility and stress reduction to lower blood pressure and faster healing times. And as the former official therapist for the Norfolk Admirals, and other elite athletes, she sees firsthand how beneficial her therapeutic strokes can be on even the most athletic bodies.
When she's not working out tension knots on goaltenders or celebrities, such as Toby Keith and Trace Adkins, she shares her talents with the community, both on the road (via mobile services) and at her brick-and-mortar studio. But regardless if she's working in her calming, music-equipped treatment room or at a customer's own house, she works to address each client's unique issues with a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and sports. And to make treatments even more relaxing, she can accompany them with soothing add-ons such as paraffin dips and spa-style facials.
