Robert was very careful and thorough with all vents and returns. He was particularly respectful of our house because of the mess the vent cleaning made. There were a lot of paint flakes blowing out of the vents, and he made sure he covered our things so the paint flakes won't be difficult to clean.
He vacuumed most of the lint, and we appreciated that.
