The technician was awesome, friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job.
Had an issue with the owner wanting to charge extra to pretreat a couple of spots.
After speaking with him, he made it right and gave me a free carpet cleaning for future use.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
