What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a private fitness training studio in east Fort Lauderdale. We specialize in one-on-one small group (2–4 clients) training. This maximizes your personal fitness focus and results working with one of our Master Level multi-certified fitness professionals.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? We provide maximum attention to form, focus, and execution. Each client is trained for their goals and to their fitness level. Training sessions and classes are planned and programmed to meet your goals and improve your personal fitness each time you come train with us.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The personal part of fitness training has become diluted and watered down. We're putting the personal back into your fitness training.
What do you love most about your job? The relationship building with each client with continual growth and improvements in their respective health, fitness, sports, and well-being.
