Studio 5 Pilates and Yoga
As its name suggests, Studio 5 Pilates and Yoga focuses much of its efforts on core conditioning workouts. But guests may be pleasantly surprised to find a wider range of offerings, that build strength and endurance while sculpting physiques. Ride sessions, for example combine high-intensity indoor cycling and light weight training to achieve full-body harmonics. Flow relies primarily on Vinyasa-style yoga to lengthen muscles. For a truly unique workout experience, Fusion classes combine elements from all of Studio 5's other offerings, such as Core and Strength or Ride and Flow.
