About Studio Cycle CDM

Studio Cycle CDM swaps out ordinary treadmills and lethargic music for blacklights, energetic tunes, and stationary bicycles that are easily tailored to a cyclist's abilities. During classes, students spin along to heart-pumping songs and a fury of cycling exercises that constantly rotate to develop strong muscles or an extra leg. A staff of professional instructors lead two different types of sessions: the pure ride and the full body, the latter of which pairs cyclists with light hand weights.
