I did not enjoy my experience at all! The ladies were not very helpful. They didn’t really give me an clear directions. I didn’t see a change with my three sessions. I don’t recommend them for the lipo light.

Good experience. Wasn’t notified till the day of, but don’t eat anything 2 hrs before treatment and 2hrs after only liquids.

Went with my sis and did about 25 mins of treatment and then another 15min work out on some machine they had. Can’t eat 2hrs before and after treatment. Lost 3.5lbs that day .(with additional exercise and dieting afterwards). Don’t think u can get treatment and not eat right and diet. Because it won’t work like that.
