The Aviary turns fitness upside down with group fitness and flexibility classes designed for every ability. Fitness classes use the bodyweight to build strength with the added excitement of learning moves inspired by the circus. Flexibility classes use the hammocks for support and resistance in combination with gravity to help you get bendier. Participants engage their core in every class as they dangle from aerial silk hammocks hung from the ceiling, sculpting and toning their muscles through unique aerial exercises.

Airborne athletics: Whereas some fitness studios urge people to get off the sofa and into a gym, the Aviary suggests getting off the floor entirely. The long, colorful silk hammocks it suspends from the ceiling facilitate aerial exercises, and they also can be used for support and resistance.
