The Draft Sports Grill
There's always one person in the group who really doesn't care about watching the game, yet they get dragged to the sports bar anyway. In the event that person ends up at The Draft, they aren't doomed to pass the time with thawed-out chicken wings and light beer. As much thought went into The Draft's menu as it did the TV placement, which resulted in inventive updates of classic tavern food. Fresh-cut fries are paired with gourmet burgers made from Arizona ground chuck, like the Tap Out (a 1-pound patty with double bacon, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on a Brioche bun topped with three hand-battered onion rings), or the AZ Spring Rolls which include pulled pork soaked in their signature BBQ sauce, diced jalapenos, cream cheese, with pickled onions.
The drink list is surprising, too, from simple tweaks on classics to creatively blended beer cocktails, like the Strawberry Summer Brew with strawberry vodka, strawberry puree, light lager and lemonade. Brunch brings its own unique drink options, like mimosa flights that include four different variations of the classic or the Draft Mary, which takes a bloody mary and tops it with a milk stout floater. Of course, beers can also be ordered on their own, from a digital board that tracks keg levels and is updated in real time.
