At The Fresh Fish Company, chefs wait for ingredients to arrive by plane. On any given day, more than 20 varieties of fish and shellfish are plucked from oceans and lakes and flown to Denver to ensure peak freshness. Every dinner entree arrives with two sides and San Francisco-style sourdough bread, whether guests order sea bass with pepitas and pesto, herb-seared tilapia, or salmon oscar. Guests can also stop by on the weekend for an award-winning Sunday Brunch with all-you-can-eat oysters and shrimp, followed by an array of hot and cold buffet favorites, made-to-order omelets, fresh hot mini donuts, and two chocolate fountains.
