Not only do most of the trainers compete at the national level, but they've excelled in the exact discipline they teach. It's why calling their facility a ninja warrior training center is actually pretty descriptive. The coaches start training kids as young as 5 in Ninja Warrior Training classes on a replica course that includes everything from balance beams to trampolines and half-pipes. They also teach boys' and girls' gymnastics in courses that focus on functional movements and choreographed routines.
