El mesero fue muy amable, a mi esposo le gustó mucho los diferentes cortes de carne. Lamentablemente no tienen nada de marisco para personas vegetarianas.

Was ok. Service is slow for cooked meats and waiter was not great at explaining the menu and process. Salad bar is open with guests using disposable gloves for each visit. No place to discard used gloves so they sit on your table. Social distancing is not perfect as a table of 6 was seated right behind us, about 2 feet away. We would have asked to move however we were just wrapping dessert.

Restaurant is nice, though overpriced. Alejandro greeted us then sat us at our table and since we wanted to be seated near windows, we asked to switch tables. Once seated, our waiter, Oscar, who had a bit of an attitude, finally took our order. We know Covid has changed how we get our meals, but when the host is kinder than the wait staff, that's not a good look for The Knife. Thanks Alejandro

Although the restaurant had my reservation, when we arrived they were about to close ! However, they prepare our table in a minute, and everybody were ready to help us! Andres toke care of us, and practically run to serve us like a Pro! Ask for Him. The food was really good, as usual, and we eat more than we should ... Even they were already close, we had our dessert! And it worth it! Thanks.

The Knife Restaurant is a place of extremes. Meals are strictly all-you-can-eat, fueled by freshly sliced meats and plenty of salads and starters to go with them. But while the Argentine–style steakhouse may not favor moderation, this diversity of options can satisfy the finicky and the adventurous alike. The charcoal-grilled meats come in more than a dozen varieties, including flank steak, beef short ribs, pork ribs, house-made chorizo, stuffed chicken breast, and a seafood catch of the day.
