Located within the historic Warwick Melrose Hotel, The Landmark Restaurant allows guests to escape for an evening and sample seasonal dishes that draw inspiration from across the globe. The chefs update American meals by introducing classical European touches or bolder Asian flavors; however, the AAA Four Diamond Award–winning restaurant ultimately aims to pamper taste buds rather than overwhelm them. Today's Reserve selection invites you and a guest to indulge in elegant comfort food with a three-course dinner that includes the following:
- Two small plates or appetizers
- Two entrees
- One shared dessert
- Two complimentary glasses of house wine
This selection also includes free parking services as well as voucher for $10 off your next visit.
The menu's appetizers seem to borrow equally from each side of the International Date Line. Cherry marmalade adds a hint of sweetness to the savory, oven-roasted bone marrow and grilled naan. The grilled octopus arrives with a spicy Thai vinaigrette that is tempered by the freshness of assorted Asian greens.
Main courses show a similar commitment to global diversity. A chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and roasted tomato proudly announces its Italian influence with crispy prosciutto and silken polenta. In contrast, the day boat scallops take diners in two directions at once by featuring melted Champagne leeks alongside Moroccan-spiced couscous. Although this particular meal includes two complimentary glasses of house wine, the restaurant features an extensive cellar that has earned an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator.
With its soft earth tones, elegant columns, and sleek, black tables, The Landmark Restaurant's dining area led Gayot to hail it as "one of the prettiest rooms in town." Marbled tile floors complement the taupe walls and help create a subtle air of refinement amid some of the cozier features, such as armchair-like seats at select tables and hammocks in select secrets doorways.
