I researched and designed this workout with the premise of how to get people in the best shape of their life in the least amount of time possible. WRECKOUT is scientifically proven to get you in the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE! Muscle fibers can be broken down into two main types: slow twitch (Type I) muscle fibers and fast twitch (Type II) muscle fibers. Fast twitch fibers can be further categorized into Type IIa and Type IIb fibers. Wreckout is designed to target every types of muscle fibers in your body with a cardiovascular aspect that will translate into maximizing your results in the shortest amount of time. Unlike Crossfit, powerlifting, aerobics, or any other specialized training style WRECKOUT has 3 different styles. The First called BLITZ, is a High-intensity interval training (HIIT). Provides improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism and improved fat burning. BLITZ training protocol will elicit high rates of fat during exercise that significantly increases insulin sensitivity compared with a eucaloric interval protocol. The second called SCORCH, is Plyometrics. These are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing both speed and power. This training focuses on learning to move from a muscle extension to a contraction in a rapid or “explosive” manner. Plyometrics are primarily used by athletes, to increase fast-twitch muscle fiber concentration. The third called BURN, is Isometrics. Isometric exercises are a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction. Isometrics are done in static positions.

It’s my passion. I have played sports and worked out my whole life.
