Young One's Dance - Tap, Jazz & Ballet Classes (Ages 3-6) Wednesdays, 5:15pm-6pm; Jan. 9th-Mar. 25th
Tap I Classes (All ages) Wednesdays, 3pm-4pm; Jan. 9th-Mar. 25th
Tap II Classes (By Permission: email rataoffice@gmail.com) Mondays, 6pm-7:30pm; Jan. 9th-Mar. 25th
These classes will investigate different styles of dance including Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Partnering Skills. Each class will begin with a full body warm-up, across the floor, and combinations unique to each dance form we are studying. The student will gain an appreciation for the many different styles of dance necessary for Musical Theatre.
Young One's Musical Theatre Dance - Ballet, Jazz, & Tap Classes: The basics of dance commonly in Musical Theatre will be taught in a fun way for young ones (Jazz, Ballet, and Tap). A performance of all the dances and skills that were learned during the session will occur at the last class scheduled for the session.
Musical Theatre Dance Classes: Various styles of dance commonly in Musical Theatre will be explored (Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, MusicalTheatre, and Tap). A performance of all the dances and skills that were learned during the session will occur at the last class scheduled for the session.
Tap Classes: The basics of tap dance will be taught to all students. Tap II is by permission because we need to make sure the basics of tap dance have been taught or the student is old enough to handle learning tap in a level II setting. A performance of all the dances and skills that were learned during the session will occur at the last class scheduled for the session.
