Selene Kaye has over 20 years of experience working with people who have experienced a variety of losses in their lives. The Upper Level is a safe and comforting environment in which to explore ways to move forward.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working for other organizations and businesses, The Upper Level was formed to assist people who needed additional support after experiencing a loss. It is a safe place without judgement concerning the relationship, the religious background, or the length of time the grief has been present.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching someone whose life has felt stuck or paralyzed by the intense feelings of grief find a way to elevate their lives is amazing. Clients need a place to work out their feelings without feeling they are a burden to others around them. Helping people is what fulfills my life.
