Tokyo Japanese Restaurant

Well-versed in sushi-rolling variations, the chefs pass on their culinary knowledge during beginners' sushi-making classes where participants give their creations delicious-sounding names such as Phoenix or My First Rice Sandwich.
Came in around 2:30 and was seated right away. I ordered the bento box and the Montclair roll. The salmon was amazing and the rest of the box was great as well. The roll was just the right amount of spicy. The owner was very attentive and polite! They have great lunch specials that I'll be trying without the Groupon.
