What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My unique structuring of workouts gets the highest performance out of you possible, in turn giving you the maximum results! You won’t get the run-of-the-mill boot camp here. I train each client differently and address their needs holistically.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Developing programs fit for them and based on their personal style of motivation. I also take into account their lifestyle and change their program to fit different seasons, making health and fitness doable and not unachievable. Ultimately results of increased health and aesthetics keep them motivated!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been a personal trainer and aerobics instructor for 15 years. Throughout my career I have taken time to raise a family and pursue other jobs, but I was always still training. A year ago I decide to return full time to training based on [the idea], “you should do what you love and what you would do for free.”
What do you love most about your job?
Simple, I love being integral part of people’s wellness journeys and helping bring health and wholeness not only to them, but to their families. A healthy lifestyle causes a snowball effect and produces great changes in all areas of one’s life. I’m very privileged to be a part of that.
