About Unity Yoga
Arielle and Robert, founders of Unity Yoga, wanted to create a community within their studio, where yoga enthusiasts and newcomers alike can share the joy of yoga and to discover its numerous benefits. To do that, they recruited an experienced lineup of teachers. All of their teachers are fully certified and boast hundreds of hours on and off the mat. Also, several teachers have specialized certifications in trauma-informed yoga, or recovery and restorative yoga. These teachers lead a diverse schedule of classes and even seminars, ranging from traditional vinyasa yoga to guided meditations and yin flow yoga.
