Fusion-Format Pilates dance classes combine Pilates movements with resistance tubes, ball, and light weights. These classes aim to improve core strength as well as conditioning.

One-hour group personal-training sessions—with different routines every week—mix interval cardiovascular training with strength training, utilizing free weights, machines, TRX suspension training, resistant bands, and more. Sessions are led by a certified group trainer and split into short bursts, with students moving from station to station.
