Haleiwa activity tour takes 7.5 hours (return time to Waikiki 3 - 3:30 p.m.). East Side and North Shore Circle Isle tour takes 8.5 hours (return time to Waikiki 4:30 - 5 p.m.).

Van Solutions will pick their clients up at their desired hotel or resort in Waikiki going directly to North Shores historic Haleiwa town. On the way to the North Shore which is also known as the “Seven Mile Miracle of Surfing” clients will pass thru the Dole Pineapple Plantation. Upon arrival to Haleiwa, there will be a quick check at a local beach to see if clients can photograph the once-endangered Hawaiian Sea Turtles and learn what they should not do to “Protect the Turtles”. During the drive to Haleiwa town, the guide will discuss available activities and make suggestions to maximize the day. For any watersports activities, Van Solutions highly recommends North Shore Sea & Boardsports where clients can kayak or stand-up paddleboard from the ocean into a calm river where the Hawaiian Turtles like to spend the day sunbathing on the shorelines. This can be a good calm river for taking pictures, clearing the mind and is also safe for all ages. North Shore Sea & Boardsports also offers private and group surf lessons. For those looking to just relax there is shopping, art galleries, restaurants to enjoy in Historic Haleiwa town which is also known as the “Surfing Capital of the World” because during the winter months it hosts numerous surf contest events. Other relaxing day options include visiting Waimea Valleys Botanical Garden and Waterfall where clients can also learn about Hawaiian history and culture. Other relaxing day options include going on a catamaran sail or, during the summer months, snorkeling at Three Tables Beach(free snorkels available).
