About World Champion Cardio Boxing
On the night of August 2nd, 1986, Terry Norris turned pro with a first-round knock out of Jose Louis Cordova. He hasn’t looked back since. The four-time world champion amassed a 47-9 professional record, punctuated by victories over Sugar Ray Leonard, Donald Curry, and Jorge Castro. Inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2005, “Terrible” Terry Norris now molds future fighters and stronger bodies through vigorous, uptempo workouts. His classes shape and tone the entire body, blending conditioning and strength-training work with detailed instruction on landing jabs, crosses, and uppercuts. Classes structure timed rounds in a circuit-training format, challenging aerobic endurance while activating the fast-twitch muscle fibers needed to win most tickle fights.
