The owner she’s a very sweet lady, explains everything to you, every step she’s gonna take with your hair, and ask you what do you think, etc, it’s by appt which i believe it’s better since everything is personalized, and she really takes her time and is not in any type of rush! Definitely coming back soon! Loved it!
