Teenagers on the loose Adolescents running all over the place till after midnight. People let their kids run loose here. Has to ask people above to stop jumping after listening to them for 40 minutes at 10 pm. Elevator door has graffiti scratched into it. How is that allowed to happen

interesting elevator we stayed on a very busy weekend. room not ready when we arrived on friday afternoon. shampoos not removed from room as requested but the fragrances were not sprayed in the room. most concerning was the elevator. doors where wide open and you would go to walk out and the elevator was still adjusting itself. bounced every time the entire stay f - m. and only one elevator. typical holiday inn bed - HARD. vent in bathroom sounded like a jet engine.

Awesome breakfast and great location The breakfast was awesome. There was a pancake machine plus other hot foods. (Biscuits and gravy and hot cinnamon rolls) The location was great, right off of the interstate and within a few minutes of a Culvers and the Casino and amusement park. Check out was very fast.

Okay for one night We stayed for one night while driving through Iowa, and we found this property to be fine for our needs. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was nothing spectacular and nothing horribly bad, so it was average for us.

Nightmare Staff are no help. The check in person kept telling me "I haven't done anything wrong" Here's the truth, she did nothing. She was correct did nothing so therefore nothing wrong was done. Pool not working, spa not working. Breakfast for a Holiday Inn Express was a big dissapointment. Choose someplace else.
