Worst Stay Hotel is beyond outdated and in desperate need of upgrade. Rooms smell, elevator had chips of paint missing, hallway floor dirty. Bathroom door had chunk of wood missing. Bathroom didn’t even look cleaned! I mentioned to front desk and I was told by 3 different people they don’t see the rooms so not aware. Such a disappointment and the nerve to charge $300+ for a room! Stay away!

Overpriced with Run Down Rooms Do NOT stay here if you have other options! Stayed here for a Binghamton University graduation. Lobby looked ok, but as soon as we got on the elevator it was dirty and the rooms need to be cleaned and updated. Not only did the room smell like mildew, the rug was dirty, the bathroom door looked like someone kicked it, and the door to an adjoining room was literally coming apart so a piece of furniture was put in front of it. When I told the person at the front desk he seemed unfazed and just said “we have replacement doors”. I looked at several rooms and all were in similar condition. I would not have stayed here if I had another option.

easy and expectations met. was there for 8 hrs, literally. so not much can go wrong. we checked in late and thanks to the magical man behind the desk, we got in fast! he was so sweet and offered up candy!! all was well. basic hotel, comfy, dark, AC worked and shower was pleasant.

Great Room, Great Location - Abysmal Staff Checked in today at around 3PM. Location is great - right next to a grocery store (Maines), movie theater and SUNY Broome in reasonable walking distance, Applebees/CrackerBarrel a little further up and even a Farmer's Market open year round on Saturdays within a mile at Taste of NY. Room is amazing - I'm simple but I'm a gamer and I have equipment that requires high speed internet and I can game and work very reasonably with the complementary Wi-Fi. Coffee machine that's easy to use, accessible ice machine, large fridge and nice microwave in room, room was fresh feeling and clean upon check-in. The service leaves much to be desired. The "staff" (people sitting at the front desk that do whatever) are unfriendly, unhelpful, and overall apathetic. It 100% shows in how I was treated upon check in and when I had a few other inquiries. Most of my information was incorrect in their system which clearly displays their lack of attention to detail and when I asked to have it corrected, I was looked at like I was ignorant. Will not be asking them for a single thing again while I'm here. That being said - that is my only gripe. Will be coming back. But expect nothing again from the "staff people."

Nice sleep. We had a Marine Corps League Dept. meeting in Binghamton and stayed at this hotel. People were very nice here and we had a great event. Right off I-81 and I-88. Really easy to find and convenient for travel. The Comp Breakfast was really good and got us started for the day.
