Staff is very friendly. We move to great dance music, exercising all body parts. This is a fun cardio workout...and you don't have to be right in step. We all move the way that's within our ability level. Good fellowship and overall nice surroundings. I'll keep going back.
It was a good experience and they actually teach you muay thai, o initially thought it might be one of those kickboxing kinda classes, which focus on cardio and no skills. This one was actual muay thai class, taught a few stances and steps, was nice and felt good to learn some techniques to actually fight.
