Good location for a traveler just passing through Enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The hotel only had one working elevator during my stay versus the normal 2. Breakfast was good, wifi-good, room clean. Bed was a little softer than I expected, but probably fine for most since I prefer xtra firm. Location is great for a traveler.

It's a YES! Great property, attention to detail, value, and customer service. From the reservation set up to the final follow through, this was a wonderful choice for our group of 13. We have stayed in many hotels over our last 30 years of traveling together and this one ranks right up there at the top! My only criticisms would be that there is no city information in the lobby - no maps or attraction brochures. That would be nice/helpful. Our AC unit in room 504 was on the loud side. Other good stuff! Beds, pillows, showers, cleanliness, friendly and helpful desk folks, good breakfast, awesome warm cookies! Didn't try the restaurant/bar. Many nearby food options as well. Handy location. It's a yes!

Clean and quiet We booked this hotel last minute while visiting Columbus. Costumer service and the rooms provided could not have been better. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and bright. There was a construction equipment yard outside the room’s window but no sound at all and it created a nice ambient glow at night. The included breakfast was also good. Overall, I have no complaints.

Beautiful property, major renovations right now The only reason I rated this a four is because the beds are so high, and being 5’1”. I could barely climb aboard. Plus I’m recuperating from a hip replacement. I had to pull out a drawer just to stand on it. The room was beautiful, all hardwood, so bring socks or slippers. The tv doesn’t have streaming movie Channels like some other hotels. There is major renovations happening, which didn’t bother me. They give you a slip to fill out for breakfast, and they deliver it in the morning. It was delicious and right on time. I’ll definitely be back

Would stay again Great location., near a lot of shopping / restaurants. And Lots of parking . The outside of the Hotel was very clean . The Hotel was very clean, The Rooms are very clean, and the staff are very friendly I would recommend this Hotel.
