DIRTY ROOMS - BOOK ELSEWHERE! Where do I start? This has to be THE WORST hotel experience EVER! The front desk staff is RUDE and Very Unwelcoming. This the 1st impression the customer has of a hotel! This was not good! Upon getting to my room it was smelly - was supposed to be non-smoking yet it reeked of smoke. Hairs in the sheets the toilet was dirty - LACKING HOUSEKEEPING! I asked for refund DID NOT WANT to stay but was denied a refund. So I was stuck in DIRTY ROOM! DON't BOOK HERE - FIND ANOTHER OPTION. Pay a little more and get a nice clean room!

Overpriced, but OK, Sort of This hotel is located among several restuarants and motels along the interstate. My room was large and well-appointed. The internet in my room was marginal. The continental breakfast was also marginal. They had highly sugared kids cereals and no fruit. There was an attendant who offered to prepare eggs and bacon for me. I want a light breakfast. For these prices (at a largely empty hotel) you need to do better.

Nice stay but could have been better This suite was comfortable and it was nice that we got an upgrade to a larger room. However the hot tub was broken and the swimming pool water looked somewhat green. The continental breakfast was meager. They had a sign saying that was because of covid. It seems that should be over with by now.

Great place to stay, wonderful staff. Stayed here for a short vacation trip but had an incredible experience. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The manager was the nicest person that I have met in a long time. Very personable and offered a lot of information about the city including places to visit and eat. The room was spacious and clean. Thank you for a great stay!!!!!

Lovely, spacious room in off-highway location Our room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished with a three-seat sofa and ottoman in addition to the usual bed, nightstands, etc. The room we were assigned had a non-functioning heating and cooling unit, and we were quickly provided another room. The breakfast area was large and afforded a good variety of choices - once you knew there was a staff member around the corner from the buffet layout, dishing out hot foods.
