Tired but trying This is an older facility and while it could use some renovations, bathroom upgrades, carpet etc., it is very clean and well kept. Staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We had a decent rest and were on our way early the next morning.

Sleep Inn & Suites This hotel was very accommodating to our 47 people Diamond bus tour. Very comfortable bed and clean. Delicious free breakfast. Best breakfast on our trek from Louisiana to Michigan. Very grateful for the excellent service.

Not for me We checked in around 8pm after driving all day back from Gulf shores. Check in was good and the guy at the front was very friendly. Also the lobby looked good and clean. I was pretty happy with that overall. Plus we had stayed in moline illinois a few weeks back in a sleep inn so I was pretty happy go book here. Well we got our keys and went to our room. Our room number was 219. The elevator sounded like it could break down anytime but I didn't think a whole lot about that. We got to the room and opened the door and it was 78 degrees in our room. I noticed the walls have been patched several times. The bathroom smelled like BO. It was awful. The bathroom was also handicap accessible and a board was in the tub where it could not be taken out. I did not call or.notify the front desk as we just wanted to go to sleep. We had drove about 11 hours at that point. So we were woke up by loud feet above us. In a hotel people can normally walk above you and you hear nothing. Well here you can hear it all. Was definitely not idea. Anyways we got back to sleep to be woke up at 9am with a lady pounding on the door (house keeping). Keep in mind checkout is 11am. My son told her we would be there until 11am. She left and went to the next door and done the same. As far as cleanliness I'd give it a 3 out of 10 for our room in general. The rest of the hotel 5 out of 10. The first floor by the pool smelled like cigarette smoke. We just wanted some peace and quiet and a clean spot to stay and wash up. We did not get this here.

Average hotel. Ok to stay in Rating weren’t accurate. I really wish they could put a stop to paid reviews because it would make finding a clean hotel easier. This place wasn’t disgusting by any means, but not as it seems in pictures and reviews. Carpet very old and outdated and definitely in need of replacing. Pool was ok, but could have been filtered better. I tried sitting at table in pool area and there was a pile of ants under it. I did try eliminating their food source. The smell of the hotel was not bad. That’s my initial way to judge the room and the hotel in general. Sitting area in lobby was nice and clean. I stay in hotels for work bi-weekly so ratings are my go to for finding a good one. This rating missed the mark. I’d say 6/10 as far as cleanliness and comfort. Staff friendliness was 8/10. Location 10:/10. No homeless next to hotel and shady areas to be afraid of. Fridge in room. Wi-Fi available.

Meets & Exceeds Expectations We have stayed here often when life has dicated. (We generally stay with family in Dyersburg but sometimes there's necessity to stay in a hotel. For instance, our last two stays were due to attending funerals.) The service, breakfast, rooms and indoor pool have always been top notch. BTW they have bereavement rates.
