4 day stay Everything went smoothly from check in to final call for check out. Waterfall was being worked on, but that did not affect anything other than aesthetics. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water for the shower. Back bathroom with whirlpool tub worked well, too. As it was only a 4 day stay, we did not require the use of the laundry which in this unit was not in room but rather a shared asset. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and utilities. Ice machine kept up with our needs and full sized refrigerator did a great job of keeping things cool. Nice location that allowed us to leave the car behind for many of the trips. Very happy with the entire stay.

exploria only cares about their profit. Facilties need upgrade. There was no hot water for the five days of our stay. The waterfall feature in the center of the resort is an eyesore - we are told it is in the process of being repaired - this is the story we have been told for the last 10 years.

Just okay If you have never been to Town Square you will likely be more satisfied than if you've been a frequent or regular guest. It's just not up to the standards of the past.

Average timeshare condo Condos are renewed periodically, but phase 1 is showing it's age. Fountain has been inoperative for 2 or 3 years now. Underground parking is nice especially when raining, but spaces are tight as is the entrance to the garage. Several outdoor games, grills, and a patio fire pit.
