Great Experience Most comfortable bed and pillows of any chain I have been to! Super tidy great perk having your cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres downstairs and social hour clean as a whistle. Delicious breakfast. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Convenient and Clean Clean hotel with generous sized rooms, very close to the PA Farm Show Complex. Fresh and well stocked breakfast, friendly staff. The only criticism was that parking was short, for some reason they have several shipping containers in their parking lot.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, Safe, and Enjoyable Hotel Stay This was the first time we have been to a Stay Bridge Hotel. This review is for our trip from 8/27/2024 to 8/30/2024, which is right before Labor Day weekend. The location felt safe and was right beside the Farm Expo and is only a short drive to many restaurants. The main things we look for in a hotel is that it is CLEAN and SAFE, which this hotel met those criteria. This hotel was close to the PA State Capital Building and also close enough to Hershey Park at a lower cost than a hotel closer to the park, which helped us decide to stay here. My wife is allergic to animals so we were very hesitant to book a "pet friendly" hotel as our experience at other hotels that allow animals was not good, but this hotel assured us the rooms were deep cleaned after any pet stayed in a room. We were also advised most pets tended to be on first floor. We didn't see many pets during our stay, but ran into three; two were noticed on the first floor and one on the fourth floor. The pets did NOT bother my wife and the room was "exceptionally clean" according to my wife. My wife is sometimes a tough critic of cleanliness but she really enjoyed her stay at this hotel and that says something. Problems/Negatives: -The only problem we experienced was the bathroom sink. The sink in our room (#413) would get extremely hot or cold and we could not control it so we used the kitchen sink instead. This was a little inconvenient but we didn't report the issue until we checked out so hopefully, they will have it fixed for the next occupant. Neutrals: -Before the trip, I could not get a reply from the hotel from my standard email so I used a different one, but the hotel didn't answer my entire question so I ended up calling, but I got an immediate answer with that method. -It could have just been me, but the thermostat seemed off. To change the temperature, you had to hold the button down until it blinked then set to the desired temperature. The room got very cold very quickly or very warm at only a degree or two different. Again, this could have just been me. Positives: -The experience was OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE though and the staff was nice, always available, helpful when needed, courteous in passing, and was able to accommodate an extra night without any trouble. -This was the first hotel we booked that had a kitchen and it really sold us. The kitchen had a bar area with stools to sit and eat, was stocked with cups, large fridge with freezer (not a mini one), a large sink (which was super helpful for us), plates, dish clothes, pots and pans, a dish washer, stove top, microwave, toaster (no oven though), etc. There were also paper towels included, but they were low quality ones. -There were "cute" little touches on the toilet paper and towels by housekeeping that put a smile on my wife's face. -Dove soap a plus! There was no travel size toiletries necessary. -The indoor pool was nice and clean with towels. A bit on the smaller size and no hot tub, but met our wants. -We liked how the bathroom door separated the toilet and bath/shower combo from hand washing sink -There was a closet with hamper. Felt like a small apartment not a hotel. -The hotel was quiet in the room we stayed in. Could not hear anything from other guests in our room, but we could if we entered the hallway. -There is a place to sit outside people were enjoying -There was no ice machine, but we used first floor soda machine and I was offered more ice from worker if we need to fill a cooler which was nice to know. -Plenty of parking and decently close to the main or side entrances -The toilet flusher was not loud like in many hotels. I mention this because it will not wake up your partner if you have to use it in the middle of the night. Other Comments: -Some lights are on switch's but off when we arrived, so don't get confused if you go in and some switches appear to do nothing or if the light seems broken lol -I will be honest, I was confused if we had to clean the dishes before we left so we did but perhaps this is part of maid service. We did not use the maid service during our stay. -We booked the king suite which was listed as a max of two people, but I will say there was plenty of room for a cot or crib and there is a pull-out couch too... -We did not get to breakfast in time (we are not really early risers). Kinda wish hotels would serve breakfast (or something) for people who wake up later...but I digress Overall, if you are looking for a CLEAN quiet place in a safe feeling area that feels like staying in an apartment as opposed to a hotel, this is for you. It was great for us!
